TOO busy for the Gym? Start with something so small its embarrassing.
Getting started is one of most difficult parts of creating a fitness habit or routine.
The "All or nothing" mindset is why you are stuck. If you cant do an hour, you do nothing. This is a critical mistake.
Instead try the "Always something" mindset!! 5 min workout beats ZERO min workout, every single time. Consistency is the only thing that builds a legacy.
Grab your phone and set a timer for 5 mins. Try any or all of these 5 movements (squats, pushups, pullups, lunge, deadlift) with only your body weight. No fancy equipment needed, just floor space (maybe a pullup bar...). Perform a set for 30-45sec. Rest till 60 sec mark, repeat 5 times!!
